How do I correct or remove my practice's directory listing?
Claim the listing first — once verified you can edit the practice details yourself. If you would rather the listing not appear at all, request removal from the listing page or email support@intake.dental; removal requests are handled by a person. The directory starts from the public NPI registry, so an unclaimed listing shows only the registry's public information.
