Your Intake.Dental subscription can be cancelled at any time. There are no long-term contracts, no cancellation fees, and no hoops to jump through. When you cancel, you'll retain access to your account until the end of your current billing period.
📋 How to Cancel
Choose whichever method is most convenient for you:

Billing Portal
Manage your subscription directly in our billing portal. Cancel, update payment methods, or download invoices.

Account Settings
Navigate to Settings in your dashboard and select “Subscription” to manage or cancel your plan.

Send us an email and we'll process your cancellation within 24 hours. No explanation needed.

💡 Good to Know
After cancellation, you'll keep access until your billing period ends. Your data remains available for 30 days in case you change your mind. After that, all data is securely deleted in compliance with HIPAA requirements.

Will I be charged after I cancel?
No. Once you cancel, you won't be charged again. You'll retain access until your current billing period ends.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, we offer full refunds if you cancel within the first 30 days of your subscription. After 30 days, you won't be charged again but refunds are not available—you'll keep access through the end of your billing cycle.
What happens to my data?
Your data remains available for 30 days after cancellation. You can export your submissions anytime before then. After 30 days, all data is permanently and securely deleted.
Can I reactivate my account later?
Yes! If you return within 30 days, your data will still be there. After 30 days, you can still reactivate but will start with a fresh account.
