Our Story
From frustration to innovation
Overpriced & Overcomplicated
As a practicing dentist, I saw how practices were being locked into expensive contracts ($300-800/month) for basic digital forms. The systems were complicated, the support was slow, and switching meant losing everything. There had to be a better way.
Intake Dental Launches
We built a simpler solution—digital patient forms that just work. No contracts, no complicated setup, no IT team required. Within our first year, hundreds of practices switched and never looked back.
Bridge is Born
